About Linn-Benton Housing Authority (LBHA)

Linn-Benton Housing Authority (LBHA) is a regional public corporation created by Linn and Benton Counties to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low-income residents. We are empowered to undertake all activities necessary to accomplish this public purpose, including acquiring property, developing housing, issuing tax-exempt bonds, entering into mortgages, borrowing money, accepting grants, entering into partnerships, and managing property.

Linn-Benton Housing Authority (LBHA) is the largest provider of affordable housing opportunities in the area, serving over 2,600 families, and annually paying over $14 million in rental subsidies directly to area landlords.
